In this documentary series, there is a special look at Wood Green, Cambridgeshire Animal Foundation. This foundation gathers hundreds of discarded dogs every year, with nearly 60 strong teams working to rescue, restore and treat dogs for coexistence. These teams aim to find every dog in the house forever in order to bring it back to life.
Despite its lack of surprises, The Dog House is still likely to delight you, particularly if you're a dog person. You'll "aww" a whole lot and smile at all the sweet puppy faces that show up.
There are plenty of feels, don't you worry about that. And entertainment. But what distinguishes this delightful observational documentary about the work of England's Wood Green animal charity is its firm grounding in reality.
