The series offers a documentary look at what is going on in those flights with the staff, as these staff seem to be facing many challenges. The series opens with Damey and Sue wrestling with a drunken traveler in Terminal 2 at the airport. Bob and Kat face a visitor to the UK that does not add the reason for his entry into the country, which seems to be exciting and carries many challenges.
