In 1940, amnesiac underground worker Liang Shuo uncovers his identity as 'Qingshuang' while hunted in Shanghai. Infiltrating puppet forces, he aims to rescue refugee laborers and intercept a Japanese spy list set to be activated at a 'peace conference.' Despite traps, he restores his memory, defies enemy schemes, and saves thousands by seizing the list and rallying patriotic forces.
