The video is missing the introductions. Original intro was author Raymond Briggs walking across the snowy field, explaining that the Snowman was real. The alternate intro was the late David Bowie, famous rock singer\performer, who reveals the Snowman scarf stored away after all the years, in Bowie's attic. Most of us in the USA remember the Bowie intro from its showings in the 1980s on the PBS network. The Snowman is charming animated feature with its haunting soundtrack, about a young boy's magical trip to the North Pole on Christmas Eve.
