The Expendables (The Expendables) is an action movie revolving around a task force “The Expendables” hired to infiltrate a South American country and overthrow a ruthless dictator reigning ... When their taks begins, the task force realize that things are not the same as when they appear. Then they realize that they were framed and they crash into a dangers bunch of deception and treachery. And their real enemy is a very cunning former CIA agent James Monroe and his henchman Paine.

The action scenes are huge and excessively violent on a scale not seen since the closing scenes of Commando. At one point, in the absence of any buildings to detonate or ammunition depots to destroy, I think I saw an explosion explode.
