Best pals Connie and Carla have a song-and-dance act at a Chicago airport, but they go on the run after witnessing a murder. After getting to L.A., they score a perfect gig: posing as drag queens on the dinner theater/cabaret circuit.

Like an episode of particularly bad network television, this movie hasn't a clue as to how to do anything that doesn't feel contrived or unoriginal.
