During McDonald's exposure to a brain injury from a bank robbery, he was placed in the psychiatric ward of the prison. After his seventh year in prison, a prisoner and a doctor try to help him out of prison. He is injected with a serum that forces him to recover the life he has forgotten during his loss of memory. MacDonald now has to evade a local investigator and a hard-line FBI agent in a seemingly different conflict.
