Rogue's real name was unrevealed in the comics for decades, but was recently revealed to be Anna Marie. Her last name is unknown, but she often uses the pseudonym Anna Raven. In the X-Men film series, her real name is Marie.Her mutant power is the ability to steal the life force of others, which includes memories and (if applicable) powers, and renders that person unconscious. She is unable to control her powers, and therefore must keep her skin covered at all times. In certain incarnations, she also has superhuman strength, flight and invulnerability.Rogue was adopted by Mystique and Destiny, both of whom are/were members of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. She was with the Brotherhood well into her teens, when she sought out Charles Xavier's help. Though the X-Men were originally distrustful of her, she eventually joined their ranks.In the comics and in X-Men, she is in an on and off relationship with Gambit, though she is unable to touch him.In Latin America, she is called Titania .
