Gregory was born in Statesboro Georgia where he grew up on his grandparents farm in the formative years, then spent most of his youth in Florida. He went to undergrad at JSU of Alabama after which he was accepted to train at The National Shakespeare Conservatory in NYC and summer training with John Kane of the Royal Shakespeare Company as well as some graduate work at the Actors Studio Drama School.His most recent stage performance was with New Century theatre in the award winning playwright, Lynne Nottage's Intimate Apparel and Quantum Theatre's 'Breakfast With Mugabe'. Other work includes Othello and Macbeth as part of New Perspective Theatre's Shakespeare's Villains series, New Jersey Repertory's Theatre Brute Series of which he remains a member, All For Love with Boomerang Theatre at NY Center Stage, The Exonerated at Florida Studio Theatre, Gentleman caller in a Creative Artist Lab adaptation of The Glass Menagerie as well as The Seagull. Other work includes Wings Theatre Company's "Richard The Lionheart while rehearsing with Stage East ensemble for a production of Lee Blessing's 'A Walk In The Woods," in the role of John Honeyman. Soon after, he played the role of Kulygin in Chekhov's Three Sisters with the Prospect Theatre Company, The Memory Orchestra at HERE Art Center, Welcome To Our City by Thomas Wolfe at The Mint Theatre, toured with Theatre Works USA's The Color of Justice by: Cheryl Davis.Other favorite roles include Antipholus of Syracuse in The Comedy of Errors, Cloten in Cymbeline, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, Hoke in Driving Miss Daisy. Recent feature film credits in production as of Summer 2009, The Guiding Hand (AKA 7E) and Blood Run Free. Prior films include the lead role in the Indie The New Movie an action thriller: Heart Attack a romantic comedy, Buddy Hampton a jazz short biopic, The Warrior Class by Alan Hruska and Hitler's Strawberries, a comedy, as well as being a voice-over artist, having recorded for TV and film such as ABC's 20/20, National Geographic and film / documentaries.
