I think standing for what you believe in is the biggest thing. Don't let people push you over. Don't let people tell you you're wrong or what you stand for is wrong. Sometimes that means standing back and being quiet, but other times, it means getting up and saying, "This is who I am. Either love me or hate me. There's nothing behind closed doors and you're not going to sit and wonder what's going on with me. This is who I am." Usually when you do something like that it turns out to benefit you. Show less «
