In 2014, Alex won a Joey Award for Voice Over Actor (Age 10-19) for his role on PAW Patrol. Then in 2015, he won Joey Awards for Best Male Voice Performance (Age 11-13) for PJ Masks and Best Ensemble Voice Cast for PAW Patrol.At the age of 10, Alex landed a principal voice over role on the Nickelodeon pre-school series, PAW Patrol. Alex loves voice over work and continues to record on PAW Patrol's third season in the role of Zuma. He also landed a dramatic and challenging leading role in the short film, The Fowler's Snare.In 2013, Alex landed another principal voice over role in the animated Disney/eOne Family series, PJ Masks, which released in September 2015 in the USA and will release worldwide in 2016.In 2013, at age 11, Alex became "the most powerful seventh grader in Canada" (according to Reader's Digest) as he landed every kid's dream job, the Chief Play Officer for Toys R Us Canada. In this job, Alex did extensive live radio and TV appearances across the country and also appeared in a several series of Cineplex pre-show spots across Canada. Alex retired from the role of CPO after almost 3 years at the age of 14 years old. His retirement garnered much media attention in both Canada and the United States; Alex has done interviews with CBC, Breakfast Television, Global, CNN, Marilu Henner, NBC and more.Alex is represented by Vanderwerff Talent in Toronto and Play Management for Vancouver and Los Angeles.Alex enjoys circus classes, singing, video games, math, science and reading.
